What the Mission Entails…

In 2019, CrossWoods was received into the Kaugher Family, who through their discernment felt it was necessary to keep the spirit of Camp CrossWoods alive.

Over the past 5 years, CrossWoods has been undergoing several projects, and of those projects, one of the largest will be the Chapel Initiative. CrossWoods has almost every building it needs, but it lacks one major building and that’s the Chapel!

We invite your family to be part of this mission, and most importantly, the mission requires prayers! In addition to prayers, the Chapel cannot be built without the material needs. We graciously ask for any financial support so this Chapel Initiative can succeed.

The mission of CrossWoods is expanding! It’s growing into a phase that will become the best formator of our youth’s spiritual development. In addition to the 600-plus youth we serve yearly, our staff has been enlightened by the charisma of CrossWoods, with this year becoming the most geographically diverse staff in the history of CrossWoods. They feel called to travel thousands of miles to work for this camp nestled in the North Woods of Wisconsin! There have been numerous vocations formed here at CrossWoods, and it will only continue with your help.

So far, current estimates suggest the Chapel Initiative will cost around $250,000, with the expectation that it will be built within the next three years. Below you can find ways to donate! CrossWoods is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit organization. All proceeds will go towards, and benefit the Chapel, and all its resources.
